You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through this website, and that Biosan may charge your credit card for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your account. All amounts due will be billed to the credit card you designate during the checkout process.

Your total price will include the price of the products plus any applicable sales tax; such sales tax is based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the products.

All sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] to request a replacement. Biosan reserves the right to request proof of damage, including return of the defective product and/or photographic evidence.

The products are provided “as is” and Biosan makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstance shall Biosan be liable for (a) any special,
incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not
limited to lost profits, even if Biosan knew or should have known of the
possibility of such damages, (b) any claim made by a third party or
made by you for a third party, or (c) any amount of damages above the
aggregate dollar amount paid by you for the products purchased
here under. This limitation of liability applies whether damages are
sought as a tort claim (including negligence and strict product
liability), a contract claim or any other claim and notwithstanding any
failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
