More than anything else, Biosan Laboratories can be defined by our people. From our shipping department to our clerical staff, from our highly trained technical scientists to our dedicated management, Biosan is a company that values customer service and understands the need for maintaining good rapport with our diverse customer base.
There are two people at Biosan whose sole responsibility is to run our automated dipslide production. These individuals are highly trained operators who have learned the importance of aseptic technique and contamination control in this very delicate manufacturing operation. Our clerical staff, which includes our customer service department, works hand in hand with our shipping department to assure the most rapid response to all of your orders. Wherever possible, we pledge to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. In most cases, orders are processed and shipped the same day they are received. To further serve our customers, our Technical Marketing Director also has a degree in microbiology. This way we can help you decide how best to use our products and services, as well as which product is right for you. If it's true that our staff defines who we are, it is also true that our customers define why we are here and how we've stayed around for over 30 years. Biosan
Laboratories currently has 15 employees. Our laboratory is staffed
with four microbiologists, including our Laboratory Director, who
has a Ph.D. in microbiology. There is also a technical assistant
in the lab who helps out with just about everything. Our laboratory
personnel are committed to giving you quality work with the fastest
possible turnaround time.
